GENERAL INFORMATION

Capacity: Maximum 6 guests.
Minimum age of main renter: 24 years. The main renter must be present for the entire stay.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed indoors. Allowed outdoors, provided the sliding doors remain closed.
Not allowed: Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or commercial filming/shoots.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in: from 15:00*.
Key handover: Personal welcome on arrival by Perfect Home Service.

Do not leave any waste or food behind (make sure the refrigerator is empty).

Leave the dishwasher empty and clean.

Clean the BBQ.

Fold the parasol and place it at the side of the terrace.

Turn off all air conditioners.

Close the shutters.

Switch off all lights, including outdoor lights.
Pool & Terrace

Please shower before use (without soap or shampoo).

The pool is regularly maintained by Montgo Pools: once per week in summer and once every two weeks in winter.

If you’d like to eat or drink by the pool, please use our plastic tableware by the loungers around the pool.

Note: There is often a pleasant breeze. Do not leave towels or inflatables unattended in the garden or hanging over the glass balustrade. This prevents items from blowing away or causing damage.

There is a large mobile parasol on the terrace. Always fold it when you leave the house. The wind can sometimes pick up unexpectedly.

The garden is watered automatically.

A gardener may stop by briefly for inspection.
Air Conditioning & Energy Use

There are four AC units: one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

Please switch off the AC when you go out.

Keep windows/doors closed when the AC is on.

Charging electric cars is not allowed.

Excessive consumption may incur additional costs.
Drinking Water
Tap water in this region is normally not drinkable. However, our kitchen has a special tap with filtered drinking water.
It is a single faucet with two knobs:

Small left knob: filtered drinking water (lower water pressure).

Large right knob: regular mains water (hot and cold).
Always use the left side for drinking water. This reduces the need to buy bottled water and helps cut down on waste.
BBQ & Open Fire
Our villa is in a high wildfire-risk area, especially during the dry summer months. The following strict rules apply:

Open flames are strictly prohibited: no torches, fire pits, charcoal barbecues, or campfires.

Use only the gas barbecue provided. It is safe and easy to use.

Always take a fire extinguisher outside when using the BBQ (located in the tall cabinet in the utility room).

Violations are dangerous and may result in fines from local authorities.

Safe
A safe is provided for valuables with a user-set code. Instructions are on a sticker on the safe.
Washer & Dryer
A washing machine and dryer are available. Note: the dryer is not connected to a drain, so please empty the water reservoir after each drying cycle.

Supermarkets
There are several supermarkets nearby. The closest are Consum and Aldi. In high season, most supermarkets are also open on Sundays. In the low season, this is not the case. There is one (small) supermarket open all year: Supermercado Saladar, a 6-minute drive from the villa.

A first-aid kit and fire extinguishers are in the utility room.
