information & rental terms

To make your holiday as pleasant as possible, we have put together some practical information and rental terms.​

The rental price includes:

• Fresh bed linen, soft towels, beach towel, tea towel & hand towel.

• Gas for the BBQ.

• Electricity (up to 200 kWh per week, based on normal usage).

The rental price excludes:

• Mandatory final cleaning: € 300 per stay.

• Optional mid-stay linen and towel change (available on request, at an additional charge, provided by our housekeeping team). A washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal for extra convenience.

• Optional mid-stay cleaning service (available on request, at an additional charge).​

• Any additional charges (e.g. extra linen sets or electricity consumption exceeding 200 kWh per week, charged at € 0.50 per kWh) will be charged.

House rules

• The villa is not suitable for groups of young people. Minimum age of main renter: 24 years.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outdoors it is permitted, provided the sliding doors remain closed.

• Parties, bachelor/bachelorette events and commercial recordings are strictly prohibited.

Property care

• The swimming pool is professionally cleaned twice per week in summer, and once per week during the rest of the year.

• The gardener visits every two weeks to keep the grounds in perfect condition.

Reservation & payment

• Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total rental amount.

• The balance (70%) and the security deposit must be settled no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

• We strongly recommend arranging travel and cancellation insurance for peace of mind.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival: 30% of the rental amount (equivalent to the deposit).

• Within 6 weeks of arrival: 100% of the rental amount.

Arrival & departure

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
